Divorced, mom of 2 boys to a successful entrepreneur and Author.  I know how hard this journey can be, but with God, the right resources, and will power for change you too can have a different life in weeks, months, and a year from now. I strive to challenge myself and others to be their best version. I work on helping women reach their highest potential through their personal walk with the Holy Spirit, my coaching techniques and various modalities. 

I meet my clients where they are in life, by offering hybrid programs in group and/or one-on-one coaching.  My area of expertise is helping women heal from love or platonic relationships and build life on a solid foundation. 

My strong values for education encouraged me to obtain a Master of Sciences degree in Public Service Management from DePaul University in 2009. In 2011 I attained my certification as a Life & Master Coach, and in 2017 I was invited to be a member of the Forbes Coaches Council. Also, in 2018 I completed School of Ministry from New Life Covenant. Just recently I completed my coaching certification in Mental Health. Currently, I am pursuing a second Masters in Clinical Mental Health with a focus in Trauma. 

Yearly I host sought-out getaways on beautiful beaches around the world, allowing clients to have an opportunity to unplug, heal and recharge while resting in God's beautiful creation. I teach my clients to embrace their surroundings as they do this work of healing from past or present hurt. 

When I am not working with women in their healing journey, you can find me spending quality time with those I love the most, traveling or on the beach somewhere with my two beautiful boys. I also enjoy dancing and creating spontaneous moments.
